How do I get My Yahoo! page off as a default?

I can no longer get "yahoo search" to come up as my default web page. ?

This also pops up when starting my computer "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\mexbbqgh.dll The specified module could not be found"

They may have deleted that link for ppl to have as a homepage.Mayb you can get google,bearshare search,or things like that.Hope I Helped! :)
