How to find MAC address of my phone?

I like to find info of a person like address, phone.I only know DOB and driver's license #.Can I find Addr,Ph?

I would like to find the address, home phone of a person. I know only Date of Birth and Driver's license number. With only that 2 pieces of info, can I find the information I want? Any services that will help. By the way, the reason I am asking this question is that I have filed a petition for my fiancee, and US consulate requests to submit address, home phone of my ex-wife, but after divorce I lost the contact with my ex-wife. So, How can I find my ex-wife current home phone, her current address, and evidence of her current address? Please advise. Thanks a lot in advance.
