Is the advanced member search not working any more?

Any resolution to member directory search problems?

  • For the last few months I've been unable to use the advanced member search feature. Yahoo emails just say working on it. I'm not sure that there's a setting on my comp. that blocks any data from coming in. I haven't changed anything and now I've noticed that when I downloaded yahoo toolbar, firefox, that the exe files don't operate.

    It's suddenly doing it again to me now, Saturday evening/Sunday morning, 6/30-7/1. Worked fine for months since the problem-from-hell with it many months ago that lasted like at least 8 weeks. Just started occurring suddenly. Probably will have another bunch of weeks, or entire summer, with the feature down -- and Yahoo either not replying, or replying uselessly with generic lame auto-responses, when contacted by users for updates or help. But, heck, what do we want: it's Yahoo.

in order to use the Advanced search be sure not to select the least amount of options or it will fail to produce any results or return the error message. I've noticed this problem months ago so there's definitely room for improvement with the search feature.
