Are there any people search websites that show people under 18?

I met this girl at summer camp and well we flirted and stuff. By the end of the week we were friends and I got too chicken to ask her for her email or tell her I liked her. Now three weeks have passed and I'm really missing her and wishing I had told her. Is there any way I could find her? I've tried searching on Whitepages but it doesn't have people under 18. I've tried alot of free search websites and I can't find her. Any suggestions on good search sites to find a teen? I dont think she has a facebook and I don't know her last name either....
