How can I add a slideshow to my site?

Why does my yahoo only allow me to add 'searches' to my site, when it is the sites themselves I wish to add

I can search for (bad example) the labour party site, but can only save the search to my 'my yahoo' site, when it is the site itself I wish to put on my 'my yahoo' site. though not in the case of the labour party. sorry that was a very bad example. I know I can add sites to 'my favorites' , but why not 'my yahoo' ? Is there a way I can do this?

ive had a quick gander and as far as i can see you can only add what they want you to add in prepicked catagories that have been picked by the editors?..( i tried SNC to no avail) How pants! sorry its not much help!
