How can I erase search suggestions of Yahoo search?

Is there a way to erase your search history on yahoo search?

  • i already know how to delete it from the yahoo tool bar but how do you erase it from the main search page?

    if using IE, go to "tools" - "internet options" - contents tab - under personal information - click autocomplete - click on clear forms and select "ok" button but for firefox is tools - option and click on the tabs where u want to delete

The record of search history which appears in the search box on Yahoo! is actually a feature controlled by your browser, not Yahoo!
