How do you remove a website from search engines?

Why do I have to search for a website on the search engines?

  • When i click up top to go to a different website or something like facebook and click enter or the green arrow it stays on the website im already at. It doesn't even load its acting like i never even typed in a different website to go to. So if im at yahoo my home page...under neath it where it has images web and how it has a search box i have to type in the website in the search box and i have to find the right suggestion and then i finally go to it. So, please help me. Do you know what may wrong with it? I restarted my computer like 4 times. And i looked at options and i am just so confused. Please help me.(oh yah and for me to get here i had to go in the yahoo search google search engine clik the right suggestion and then type in yahoo answers.com in the google search engine sense it didn't have it in the yahoo one.)

    Are you using internet explorer? We need more details like that. If it's IE, if the "go" arrows are two green arrows you may be clicking the REFRESH button. They stupidly put it where the go buttons used to be. Type the address then press return on the keyboard, or enter near the numberpad if return doesn't work. I don't know how much you know about computers, so I'm sorry if I'm telling you something too basic. Hover your mouse over the button to see for sure if it's the go button. Return works best tho.
