How to find a person on yahoo?

I am trying to lacate a person that I know subscribes to yahoo, has given me their "handle" but I have not been able to find that person here. Maybe I am not doing something right. Can you help me?

That person may use a different 'handle' for Answers than the one for Mail - many of us do for privacy reasons. Some people very rarely Ask a Question, but read many and also Answer Questions. It would be very difficult to find that kind of person, even knowing the 'handle'
