How do you delete search topics from the search bar?

How do I delete previously serched topics on my Yahoo search bar?

  • For instance if I type in Diamond Rings that search is saved somehow in the Yahoo search bar so as soon as I type "D" it pops up. Can someone explain to me how I delete past search topics and prevent my computer from saving them? Thanks.

    Click in the search bar and press the down arrow and then hit the 'delete' button on your keyboard once you have highlighted the text. | search box | Press down arrow |Diamond Rings | Highlight Diamond Rings (dont press enter) and press the delete button on your keyboard. |Clothes | hope that helps!

Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom
