Getting the height of the browser for div.?
-
I'm trying to work around the adverts on Tripod so I'd like to know how to determine the height of the browser and pass it to the height property of a div tag. I intend to subtract the height of the adverts so that I can fit the div to the remaining space and have scrolling content. Thanks.

Answer:
Really has nothing to do with the browser, but with screen resolution. The scroll bar may appear different on different size monitors. Make it 600px height to play it safe. Also depends on how many toolbars you have installed on your browser also will lower content.
