You can use Yahoo Pulse: http://pulse.yahoo.com/ and it would depend on their privacy settings whether they can be searched. Or just email them and if they respond, you can connect with them through Pulse. There used to be a feature, several years ago on Answers, where you could search for users, but that feature is no longer available.
