Simply go to http://profiles.yahoo.com/ , key the e-mail address into the top box and delete the @ and everything after it. Then select "Yahoo ID" from the pull down menu and click Find People.

Just visit the profile page here http://profiles.yahoo.com/?????i Replace the ??? with the first part of the persons email address. For example [email protected] you would search their profile like this http://profiles.yahoo.com/jsmith simple as that. Keep in mind that not everyone will even had a profile.
