How Can I Delete An Old Website?
-
The web developer I used went out of business and I cannot contact them to have them delete my old website. I have a new website and do not want people going to the old one. It's even listed before my new website and it confuses customers.

Answer:
I assume you are paying someone by the year or month to host this site, so stop paying and or wait until you get notice of non payment from someone, if you don't know who it is if its hosted on a FREEBIE site, tell Support in an email to remove it Once Google and Yahoo index the site, it will be there forever until they decide to remove it, but searchers will get a 404 Page Not Found, error once they kill the domain Good luck J
