How to change search engine on internet explorer 7?

• ok my internet started with live search but i prefer google so i looked it nd and i changed it and set the default to google and deleted live search but when i opened but my other tab it was still there and google was just a tiny box next to the url box! and i tried everything to get rid of live search but it wont work its still there and i wanted google to be the bigger search box under the url box (easier to access and see what you wrote) i did it somehow last year but my laptop broke and i just got this new one and i really dont like live search, how can i change it so that my only search engine is google? (and its in the bigger box under the url box)

  LittyLuv, To change your Default Search provider just follow these instructions: -->Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, --> then click Internet Explorer. -->Click the arrow to the right of the search box. Do one of the following: -->In Internet Explorer 8, click Manage Search Providers. -->In Internet Explorer 7, click Change Search Defaults. Do one of the following: -->In Internet Explorer 8, click the search provider you would like to set as the default, click Set as default, and then click Close. --> In Internet Explorer 7, click the search provider you would like to set as the default, click Set Default, and then click OK.
