How do i delete the history in my yahoo search engine?

    To clear the yahoo search bar, go to the pencil near the search bar and a drop down box appears. you will see clear history. that will clear everything.

This is called clearing your auto complete. If you have Internet explorer, go to your TOOLS then go down to INTERNET OPTIONS. Then find the tab, CONTENT. There is a button in that tab called AUTO COMPLETE. Click on that, & click CLEAR FORUMS a few times then restart your internet explorer & It will work. This also works for google & any other search engions. PEACE

Or, to delete just a single (or a few) searches, just have them highlighted in the drop-down list and hit DELETE -- they will vanish! If you hold down the key, the whole drop-down list of searches will delete. If you are using the Yahoo! Toolbar, I believe there is a drop-down box at the end of the search window that has the option to CLEAR SEARCHES on it.
