How to get rid of unbearable pop-ups?

  • i got norton 360 and that has the pop up blocker all set up and working but recently i've been getting pop ups i don't know how to get rid of because my pop up blockers are on and when they do come up its not like a web page...well it is but doesn't have the toolbars or address thing like normal. how do you get rid of them if al your pop up blockers are up and running?

    First of all, Norton is horrible. I have Firefox and have NO problems.

it must be bad

do you have the toolbar..if you dont go to tools-toolbars and check it. then turn pop up blocker on. IDK thats how i do it with google toolbar
