What online site can I use to search for a job?

When i use yahoo to search i pick the site i want to go to and it redirects to a different search engine?

  I know Yahoo is undergoing a lot of changes that may effect some things, such as My Yahoo. (I've noticed no current updates as well). But, in my case, I have specific topics from certain sources that I want updates on, and if they don't post anything new, then there will be no new updates. The other part sounds like you picked up a "search redirect virus". About the search redirect, it is best removed with a Spyware Remover Software.
