How can I clear my yahoo search engine bar of past searches?

go up to "tools", then click on "browser options", then click on the appropriate box and hit "ok"...you can also clear the past websites accessed too.

Go to tools, Internet Options and click on General and then Settings on your History and how many days to keep history. You could also do a disk cleanup everytime you log off, which is something you should every other day anyway if you surf a lot.
