Is it possible for me to cancel my Yahoo account?

I want to cancel my yahoo personal account but it won't cancel...help!?

  • There is no place to cancel my yahoo personal account. Yahoo took my credit card info but wont let me send e-mails to anyone of the personals...I want to cancel my subsription..NOW!!!

    If I remember correctly Yahoo has a 3 day cancellation policy. You should be able to cancel with no problem. If you do have problems you can contact your credit card company.

If you just want to cancel your Yahoo Personals subscription then go to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/personals/billing/services-07.html and follow the steps. For additional help on cancelling your subscription go to http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/pers/cgi_cancel and fill out the form. You can also call 1-866-433-3384 Monday - Friday 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST, Saturday & Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST If you want to cancel your whole Yahoo account then you can go to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/changing_users/edit-23.html to do that. My best advice is to call Yahoo Personals billing if you cannot do so yourself at _billing.yahoo.com The toll free number is 866 458-8744 (option 3 then option 1).
