A website owner has put my name and address on the first page for no reason what can i do?

hello i was searching my name and found a website what i use has giving out my name and address but i have kids i have told the website to take it of and they said its on their for a laugh but i don't find it funny and loads of people use the website what can i do?

I would tell them that you are taking legal advice about whether to sue them for breach of privacy laws and will be sending them the bill .

It's illegal for them to do this. Ask them to take it down or you will contact the police. If they don't take it down then contact you local police station.
