How do I clear the search history which showes up on the Yahoo home page?

• I've tried clearing the history through IE - tools, clear history but it did not clear the webpage search window. I want to clear the search history which pops up when I try to enter a word into the Yahoo search window on the Yahoo.com Web Page, not the Yahoo Tool Bar search window.
