Google Chrome automatically sets yahoo as its new search engine... help!?

  • Usually, google chrome has google as it's main search engine. However, whenever i'm logged into yahoo answers, the browser automatically changes it's default search engine to yahoo. I've tried switching it back to google but it just changes back on it's own. It's so annoying! I don't want to use yahoo's search engine. I love google and I use gmail. Help?!?

  • Answer:

    Click on the little wrench right under the x to close chrome. It will bring you to a scroll down menu. Click options. A little ways down the page you will see a section that says search. Change the little scroll down there back to google. Hope that helps.
