How to change language on new yahoo page?

Well, I can only check my email if the language is set to India--and with the new gray page, I cant find the buttons to change it to this. Can anyone help me?

Go to the bottom of the Yahoo page you have on now, where it says Yahoo world wide, and you can click on the language or country of your choice, then save this yahoo page for you to use in the future
