I run a recruitment Firm in india. Recently a company from india approched us for its recruitments in US?

they Need ( Green card holder), now can any body suggest me how should i do the agreemnet with this company now. what can be the terms and condition? as they have there office in india but supplying them people in US from US will be ok with indian agreemnet, as they have ther office registred in india.
