I want to start a paper cup,saucers,plate company/factory in india?

  • hi, am from tamilnadu, india. i wish to start a paper cups, plate, paper bag company, factory,in india (preff- tamilnadu, pondycherry, mumbai, hyderabad, cochin, bangalore, yeh ofcourse delhi. anywhere but one first. what should i do and whom to contact? i wil start in my mother or father name. how much money do i need to start and run in profit? i need some one intrested in this field to say some idea. yeh i need encouragement also it boosts everyone thanks for that. bank which can better for this buisness. some good idea. plz.
