  lmfao. yea... if this is where you turn to for a business proposal, i think you need to save up your money, and wait a bit longer before you wind up bankrupting yourself. the place to purchase mobile phones wholesale is from the phone manufacturers. in lots of like 100's or 1000's or whatever they sell them. so unless you plan to buy like 500 phones, at like $300/piece, this is an idea that isn't going to work too well. not to mention the costs of getting the business setup and all that. and if you had $20-30,000 sitting around waiting for a business venture... i'd be willing to bet that you already had some kind of idea how to start.
