Is BSNL Landline Connection a cheating?

Can anyone tell me the email address of the higher officials of bsnl if they know?

• I am a customer of bsnl and from the past one year every month my internet connection gets lost and also my landline, but hardly anyone responds or even if they respond it takes atleast a week. Now , it has been more then a week and more then 10days, I have no internet connection and landline also. We have given our landline number for most of the important works and facing a lots of problem. Can anyone tell me any higher officials email ids so that I can mail them my issue. Right now am using tata photon whiz which is too slow, its just 150kbps. I also request someone to help me in telling as to which wireless network is better to go for because am thinking to better go for wireless as it occupies less space and i can get rid of bsnl. No one responds when i call any of the bsnl telephone numbers, though, i registered a complaint thru 198 , i still face the issue. kindly help me.

  Geeta, there is some problem with my BSNL internet connection as well. I heard that in the past 3 months there had been technical faults with BSNL BB and it seems they are trying to rectify it. The last message that I heard from Technical support is that the real problem is with my exchange (Porur, Chennai) and hence they (technical people) cannot do anything about it. The worst thing about this is - I am paying 800+ / month (I am using Home Plus 750 Unlimited plan). I had hardly downloaded anything this month but I have to pay 800+ ... what to do? I don't think anything dramatic will happen even if you escalate this to higher officials. However, if you want to report then you can contact the people mentioned at the back of your landline bill; they are the concerned people to contact.
