yes there are good apartments but they are a little bit costly even if u stay on rent cause u know hitech city is a very posh area and rich peaple stay there i think u should try gachibowli cyberabad there are nice flats for rent just oppossite of nasr school boys and that school is very good believe me i have studied there 3 years

I think it would be better to stay at working womens hostel at Madhapur or Rent a room at Kondapur which is the nearest cheapest destination available. You can try out Police Lane at Kondapur..
