Can i start a advertising company without being pvt ltd & whats the min no of employees in a pvt ltd company?

  Under the Indian Companied Act a company, whether Public or Private has to register itself with the concerned RoC (Registrar of Companied). If you want to start it without being a pvt ltd, you have 2 options: 1. Register your company as Public Company with minimum 7 members excluding the no. of employees. OR 2. Start your business as a sole properitorship or partnership firm. and there is no minimum number of employees imposed by any legislation to start a business, even a company........... you can start even with 1 employee, if you can.............
