What do you think of Dexterity Business Analysts, Chennai?

  • I went for interview at Dexterity Business Analysts at Chennai. They called for BE, MCA, MBA 2009 passed outs. They kept one aptitude test for 45 minutes and it was a tough one. After clearing they kept an HR with technical round. They said they will put me as .net programmer. They are asking to sign a 2 year indemnity bond of one lakh rupees. Also they asked to give a post dated cheque of Rs. 20000 on a security basis to take the 2 months training seriously. They say they will give back the post dated cheque to me after completing training. During training they pay Rs. 8000 per month. And after training the bond starts for 2 years. For the 1st year the CTC is Rs.1.7lakh per annum. And the salary will be doubled or increased after 1 year as per each performance. I have to sign the bond in about 4 days.. Can someone say about this company. How good is this company. Can u plz say all you know about this company... Based on what you say, I will decide... plz answer.. Thank you in advance..All answers are welcome..

    I think they are great to work for. Do what they tell ,you be on time, dress neatly and you will do well with them
