Buy the PCs, server, a good laser printer. Bargain with the supplier, as you are buying in lot, with installation , and regular maintenance contract. Get the connection from the Broad band Service provider. Install Fire walls, to prevent the web user not to enter any unsolicited sites. Charge, as per the standard rate prevailing. Keep a Refrigerator, with fill it with soft drinks and bottled water, charge a rupee more, extra profit. You can also install the STD booth at the premises, some more profit. Good luck.
