• Why does freshers hesitate to even take up interviews in BPO industries, especially for Voice process. Many does not even realize there is something called learning from getting feedback.... Why freshers scared of it

  You are right Priya, many people hesitate for committing mistakes or knowing their feedback. How can one improve if does not commit mistakes and eager to know about his or her feedback. Also, fresher has no idea that what will they after if they would get selected i.e. there is a lack of thorough research about the field. Fresher think about the money first and never give importance to job profile and responsibilities in it. hence it all leads to hesitation and lack of self - confidence. Cheers ! Thank you
