  • Want to start mini super market at chennai, I am sure about the place where i m going to start is good popluation with lower, mid, upper class and high class. I m new to this, since I m looking for some suggestions on how to start from the bottom. The shop is going to be 350 Sq ft. Few questions in my mind which required answer from you guys: 1. Total required Funding? 2. Where to buy the products? 3. How much margin we can keep (average) Please keep in mind, my plan is, low margin and rich in qualitym at the same time, I cannot run on loss. 4. Employee salaries? 5. Billing Softwares/ 6. Marketing? 7. Any license is required for this? 8. Infrastructure requirements? like water, current, A/C, etc.. If thing else that i required to know about? I know each one this cannot be answered in one single line, but give me input as much as possible. I cannot enter without a good forecasted project plan.
