infosys is not the best pay master ..if you are not an iit rec material the best you can expect with your exp is 9-10 lacs ctc this will boil down to a net take home every month around 50-55 like manjunath mentioned... if you belong to the IIT Groups with a premier insitute mba then you should be in the 20-25 bracket.. then obviously infosys is not the right place at PM Designantion...then u should be in a Microsoft or Yahoo! payroll
