Web desiger interested to form a partnership in starting a business. i have ideas for a music based site.?

Any one in India, bangalore.... I have ideas for a site based on attracting music lovers. But i need someone to design a site and a number features. I cannot promise any money in advance. So im looking for web designers willing to venture. Any one with music interest and also willing to split the costs.
