Headstrong Noida vs Infosys Bangalore?

    Tanvi, I assume your asking this question as a fresher and have just joined Infosys as your first company. I know about Headstrong as a company and what they do. Headstrong like other IT vendors is into offshoring and is a service provider, mainly for banking clients.. I believe they showcase this as their keypoint because they haven't got clients in other business verticals. Once they get clients in other vert., they will start showcasing themselves differently. However, since they are no different than Infy, Wipro, CTS or any other service provider.. I don't recommend that you leave Infy Bangalore for Headstrong unless you have some personal or workplace issue attached with you. If Headstrong was into R&D like IBM or NewGen.. I would have recommended you strongly to leave Infy as growth for all employees in client based companies (like me too) is much different than in R&D based companies or projects. Don't hesitate to ask me for more clarifications also
