Study in Germany?

Hello everyone, I have a question... The story is I'm now in Vietnam, and my dad and brother are living in germany. I'd like to go there to study in a university. But the condition to study is that i must have got approved to any college here, and then i will be able to apply to a university in germany right? and I couldn't get in any here. And I am thinking of go to a university in China and then i will have right to study in germany right? correct me if im wrong and tell me the way to go there. I wanna study in Germany.

Hello dude... The best way is to contact which German university you intend to enroll and then ask them how you can joun them. Later, they will assist you. As German 1st language is not English, you need to took A-Levels in German or other German language proficiency test to study there.
