If I want to study general nursing at Uni, which nursing is this?
-
Most uni's offer 'children's nursing' 'adult nursing' or 'mental health nursing' does it matter if i choose adult or child to do general nursing? My plan is to do 3 years of general nursing then 18months of midwifery as it widens my career options, but which one is general nursing? Thanks

Answer:
Adult nursing. You HAVE to do adult nursing to do the 18 month coversion to midwifery course. They will not accept children's, mental health or learning disabilites nursing to get onto the 18 month conversion course.
