Answer:
America is really open to foreign students. The first thing you need to do is find a college or university, then take the SAT or ACT. All universities require the ACT or SAT unless they are a tiny community college and even most of those require it too, but I don't think you'll want to come all the way to the US to study at a little school like that. You can sign up for the SAT on collegeboard.com and/or for the ACT at act.org. You will have to find the sign up page yourself, those are just the home web pages. On collegeboard you will have to set up an account. You can only take them at certain places, the locations will be on there for you to chose. You can take both if you like, but if you chose to take the ACT you want to include the writing section because most colleges require it. A writing section is already in the SAT so you don't have to worry about that. After you take those tests, you will need to get the college's application forms and fill them out. Your school guidence counselor should help you in all this, and in sending your grades. I don't think they will convert your grades, most universities are familiar with the English school system. After you get into the university, you will have to declare a major, it doesn't matter if it is in science or not. I went to medical school but I double majored in French and German. You will just have to make sure you take all the classes required by your prespective medical school. Most univeristies have a premedicine major and if you major in that than you will take all the classes and not have to worry about it. At some point you will have to take the MCAT, or the Medical College Admissions Test. After 4 years at a university, and passing the MCAT, you will go to medical school, usually for 4 years. And then you will do a residency (usually 3 years, more if you want to specialize) at a hospital. After that you get certified and then you are a doctor.
