Sorry, but you need to improve your English Language and become familiar with Latin too, before considering moving away from your own country, too many hurdles to jump, 58% marks can be beaten. Well brother first of all you grades are really low for medical student, in UK universities academic requirement for medical if 2:1 which means you must have 2nd division, secondly sorry to say your English is worst, so you better improve your English. Good Luck!
