Study in Australia or USA?

hello, i've been offered a scholarship for next summer whether to study business in the US or Engineering in Australia i really want engineering but i can only take it in Australia, so that leaves me with business in the US i like business but i like engineering more, it also have a very good future in my country.. but i dont know alot about Australia, i dont know if the people there are good and is it fun? i dont wanna spend the best 5 years of my life is a bad place i love the US but i feel that it's not safe and its hard living there, its a huge country with rules and stuff, i feel safer in Australia.. if i go to the US i'd pick Los Angeles, California and if go to Australia i'd pick Sydney, New South Wales so what do you think the best decision is? i love engineering but i also want a place where i can spend the best years of my life at.. thanks PS: sorry if there's any spelling or grammar mistake, English isn't my first language

The economy is the U.S. is going downhill. I'm sure Australia is a lot more fun than the U.S. Do what you want more: engineering.
