Answer:
You should start with the US Embassy in London, www.usembassy.org.uk, which will be able to give you plenty of advice on living and studying in America. You might also want to brush up on your literacy skills - for instance, spelling the name of the subject you wish to study correctly would be more likely to impress the admissions panel even of an American university than asking to join a "physcolody" course. Even if it is, like, your dream (or do you mean "like your dream"?)

You need to start looking at colleges in Boston and New York to see which ones have good medicine or psychology programs. Also, you must apply to a college that accepts overseas students (most do). My advice would be to get going, because most colleges require their applications turned in soon, if not already!

why would you want to? It's cheaper here, a lot cheaper. And in america it will take longer, our undergraduate degrees are 3 years and are equivalent to the amrican gradute degree, the undergradute degrees are 4 years and you can't do medicine as undergradute or physcology.

Every US college and university has its own procedure, but here's basically what you need to do: 1) Complete an application (you can often find this at the colleges' website). More information: http://www.universitylanguage.com/guides/how-to-fill-out-a-college-or-us-universit-application/ 2) Take standardized tests, such as the ACT or SAT. These are offered around the world. More information: http://www.universitylanguage.com/guides/SAT-vs-ACT-Testing-for-College/ 3) Get a student visa.
