What are some good internships abroad programs that are not expensive?

What are some internships, or scholarships or research programs available to international medical students?

• Hi, I'm an international medical student and I'm looking for some kind of internship or research program abroad that I could participate in (especially if there's a scholarship available for it too). I find a lot of these kinds of programs for other university fields but I have a really hard time finding any of these programs for medical students, especially ones who are not citizens of the country hosting the program. Can you guys help me by listing some programs or internships here that I can apply for as an international medical student?
