Which Marks Do Ontario Universities Look At?

• I'm currently in grade 12 and will be applying for university this year, BA in psychology to be more specific. For Ontario universities, which grade 12 marks do they look at? Do they look at your grade 12 first semester midterm, and base it on that? Because I am not doing so well in data management right now (61%) and I am worried that if they base acceptance on first semester midterm, I might not get in. But, I am doing well in my two other classes (83% in my other classes, which are both 4U English courses). HELP.

  Generally, Universities only look at your average based on courses that are relevant to what you're applying for. So courses like Data Management will not be included when calculating your average if you're planning on studying psychology. Each University is different though, if you're concerned about a specific one, it wouldn't hurt to check their website and see what they expect for admissions.
