Best college in New England suited for a United States girl?

I need an affordable college in New England. I live in the United States so i don't know that much about New England. Uhhh, i want to major in something along the lines of English and creative writing. I want to be a Novelist, a Writer. Basically i want to go to New England is to have an experience i wont forget. By the way, i'm not great at Math or Science...i don't want to go to college where i have to learn Math or Science, just English stuff. that's what i'm there for. i appreciate all your help =]

Firstly you do realize that New England is in the United States and secondly, you do know that there are hundreds of universities in this region and all of them will require you to take some math and science classes as part of your degree program, regardless of what major you want to study. As for affordable, well this depends on what your definition is. Is $45K affordable, or $25K or $15K?
