Good Japanese Universities for Graphic Design?

• I've been trying to look for universities in Japan (most preferably in Tokyo) that teach Graphic Design for non-Japanese speaking students (international). The course I'm looking for is Masters (post graduate) I would strongly like to know if you have any good recommendations about Universities there, so I can look up their websites and check them out myself. And do they accept you based fully on grades or portfolios? thanks in advance

The uni has been the most prestigious art university in Japan. Tama Art University http://www.tamabi.ac.jp/ Musashino Art University http://musabi.ac.jp/e-home/index.html All above uni is located in Tokyo. I think these uni are top 3 universities in Graphic Design in Japan as well. I' m not sure but may be you need to comprehend some Japanese language.
