hey! anyway try this. this is what i do. first, get a friend or somebody to study with. you will need at least 3 people. second have someone read a question in one of your books or wherever you get your problems. so one reads it aloud.the other two do the question as fast as they can and when they have it they shout "got it!" the person cheks it. if its write they read the next question. if they get it wrong they , and the other person answer next. you cold probably do it with two people. if you want to study alone just get like 10 different problems . from your math book.solve them, and check them. if they're right your done. if you get a different answer for any of them. add five more. it keeps coming till you finally do them right. ohh if you do this one i forgot you do the one(s) you got wrong+ the five new ones. hope this helps! ttyl

The best way for maths (well this works for me) is to read the topics and make very brief notes on it. Then write an example down and make sure you understand it. Then, do loads of practise questions and you should be sorted:) Good Luck!

The problem with studying for math is that it can't be done like other subjects. Reading and re-reading the chapters is nice, but doesn't drive home the key for good testing which is application. Do the problems in the chapter, note the ones you don't understand, then read the chapter, then do the problems again (including the ones you got right the first time.) This will help keep the ones you already have down comfortable and give you some understanding on the ones you don't get right away. The other thing is test day itself. If you look at a problem and don't get it right off, skip on past it and wipe out the ones you totally know, sometimes this will jar your brain on the others, but also makes sure that you get full credit for the ones that come easier. Then, on the ones you're not real sure on, write everything down that comes to mind. Maybe putting it on paper will help you see how to go about it, and if not, it will at least give your teacher an idea of what you see and what you don't see which will make it easier to help in the future. Hope this helps some, and good luck :)

practice questions! as many as you can do without going nuts! most maths questions follow a patterns, and each type are generally pretty much the same, just with different numbers. what to do? remember the patterns and like my chem lecturer says: repetition is key. what's the key? repetition. yep, repetition is key...
