How do I go to university in America?

If i moved to America how much would i need to pay to go to university/college?

  • Im from Scotland, im studying beauty therapy in college right now, but by the time im 20 or so i will be a fully qualified beauty therapist, but then i want to go onto study interior design, i want to move to America so i was wondering if i would be able to go to college or university to study interior design in America? Im not to sure if i would have to pay, if so how much? Im looking to study around the Tampa, Florida area?

    It varies so much from school to school. Do an online search for colleges in that area, and go to their website. Somewhere on the site, it should list the costs of school there.

You can go on any US school's web site to see requirements for international students. How to apply, financial aid and visa info will be there too. Make sure to check out tuition and room and board costs. check out University of South Florida in Tampa- but their international student population is only 1%- something else to check on each school's web site. Cost there in 2008 was about $25,000 for tuition and room and board.
