How much does renting a flat in spain cost?

My father got a job opportunity in spain, is this offer good or not ?

He doesn't know spanish language at all, he only is fluent in English, will he find it easy to deal with spanish people or not ? do u know how much does it cost for me studying engineering in spain per semester in a university ? please help

  12 000 euro per month? I think you mean 1 200? 12 000 would be more than fair, that's what a lot of people earn in a full year. 1 200 would be the average salary around western Europe. You didn't say what the job was, so I can't say if it's fair for this particular job. But like I said it would be the average wage for most jobs that don't require a degree.
