How to do high school(exchange) in Tokyo, Japan?

• I am looking for information on exchanging into a Japanese high school in Tokyo. Ill be going for a full year or a semester. I live in FL USA and any organization that has what Im looking for is graciously accepted. Not too picky with prices. Or if you know the steps of exchanging without an organization that would also help. I have a 3.0 average, will be a senior when leaving, and during the summer Ill be studying in Tokyo at a language school beforehand. It has to be in Tokyo. Planning on staying in dorm, with host family, or at a hostel. I also have family there.(closest in Chiba, however) Thank you for any info. :)
